Request Copies in Person

PROCESS

You may request copies of documents in person by bringing the completed Request Form   to the Clerk’s Office in the courthouse where the case was heard. There are two Clerk’s Offices and they are located in Room 160 of the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse at 520 W. Colfax Avenue, or Room 135 of the City and County Building at 1437 Bannock Street.

If you are the defendant or a party to the case, bring photo identification with you so certain confidential information will not be redacted from the documents.

NOTE: We will make every effort to provide the copies you are requesting within a timely manner, but in some circumstances you may be asked to pick up the documents at a later date.

COST

Copies are $.25 per page and a $25.00 per hour redaction fee will be charged if extensive redaction is required.  Certified copies are $20 per certified document.
