Public Portal – Case Management System

The Denver County Court Public Portal is an online case access and management system. This system is intended to serve the public and pro se litigants for various online court functions.

Currently Available Features:

Feature Description Access
Post Bond & Address Warrant Ability to post monetary or personal recognizance (PR) bonds online.
Posting a bond where eligible can clear an outstanding warrant, schedule the case for a bond return hearing, and or possibly release in-custody defendants

 

Case Search by Case Number Ability to search cases by number directly.
Provides view access to Register of Actions (ROA), Case Schedule, Parties, Charges, Sentences, Fines & Costs, Payments, Bonds Posted, Officer

Dockets & Courtroom Calendar Ability to search cases set in a specific courtroom by day.
Provides view access to docketed cases for a courtroom for a selected day.

Plea & Pay, Standard Case Payments Ability to plea guilty for qualifying cases, pay assessed fines in full and process case for closure.
Ability to make a standard payment on a case containing a pending balance, allows for partial payments.

Professional Surety & Bail Bonds Ability for registered professional sureties (bail bonds) individuals to register and post monetary bonds.
Requires upload of power of attorney (POA) documents when posting bond for individuals.
