These bond guidelines are ordered by the Denver County Court Presiding Judge to authorize pre-arraignment / hearing release of in-custody defendants per the associated violations being charged. Please see the Criminal and Municipal guidelines below to understand what type of bond and amounts may be applicable.
*Pursuant to C.R.S. 16-4-105(6)(a), if the person has one or more previous convictions for an offense in C.R.S. 42-4-1301, or one or more convictions in any other jurisdiction that would constitute a violation of C.R.S. 42-4-1301, as a condition of bond of the Court shall order monitored sobriety.
