Warrants Division and Bonding Office

The Warrants Division issues, cancels and maintains the validity of State Criminal, General Sessions Municipal Ordinance, Traffic, and Civil warrants issued by Denver County Court Judicial Officers. Failure to appear in court or follow a judicial order could result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.

This division works closely with the Denver Marshals, the Denver Sheriff’s Department, numerous law enforcement agencies, and other Colorado cities and counties.

The Bonding Office is located at 490 W. Colfax Ave Denver CO 80204, and is open from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

The Bonding Office accepts bond postings for Appearance Bonds and Appeal Bonds. The Bonding Office is located at 490 W. Colfax Avenue in the Van Cise-Simonet Detention Center. The telephone number is: 720-337-0062. Bonds may be posted at the Bonding Office between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Saturday – Sunday and including Denver City Holidays. Outside of these hours, bonds may be posted at the Denver Sheriff’s Department Information Desk located in the Van Cise-Simonet Detention Center.  The Bonding office is closed from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the last Friday of every month due to systems maintenance.
