Denver County Court

Juvenile

Denver County Juvenile Court hears violations of municipal ordinances and a limited number of state statutes involving individuals under the age of 18.  Typical violations heard in the court are curfew, possession of marijuana, underage drinking, disturbing the peace, shoplifting, and unlawful acts in school.    These cases require a court appearance.  This section explains how a juvenile case works in County Court.
