RULE 8 – MAGISTRATES
8.1 Any act required, permitted or authorized in these rules to be performed by a “Judge,” “County Judge,” “Court,” “Trial Court,” or “County Court,” excepting those acts set forth in Rules 3, 4, 5 and 15, and except as may be otherwise prohibited, limited or conditioned by applicable statute, rule, charter or ordinance, may be performed by a Magistrate of the Denver County Court.
