The Parking Violations Bureau does not have an office in Denver as they are a private contractor.
Parking Magistrates are available if you wish to contest a parking ticket. The Parking Magistrates Office is located on the first floor of the Wellington Webb Building at 201 W. Colfax Avenue. The telephone number is 720-913-5300. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Parking lots around the Webb Building range from $6.00 to $12.00 a day. RTD has bus stops close to the building.
The County Court is committed to providing reasonable accommodations when needed. Please submit a Request for Accommodation to the Court’s ADA Coordinator.
Children may be brought to the Warm Welcome Child Care Center while their caregivers are conducting business with Denver County Court. This is a free service. For more information, see the Child Care Center section of this site.
Interpreters are available upon request. You can request an interpreter online or by calling (720) 913-5300, if your hearing is with a magistrate scheduled in the Wellington Webb at Building at 201 W. Colfax Avenue, or (720) 865-7840, if you have a Final Hearing scheduled in the courtrooms located at 1437 Bannock Street.
If you set a Final Hearing to dispute your parking ticket before a judicial officer, and you wish to view your case information online, you can do a Case Number Search.
If you lost your paperwork, you can search using your name and date of birth and find all upcoming court dates by doing a Court Date Search.
If you are searching for all Denver County Court cases of an individual, you can pay $2.00 for each name search and view all cases associated with that name and date of birth, (excluding juvenile cases) by doing a Name Search.
To request copies of documents you must appear in person or fill out a Copy Request and mail your request to 1437 Bannock Street, Denver, CO 80202. Please be very specific about the document(s) you are requesting. You will be required to pay certain fees prior to your request being processed. There is a 25 cents per copy fee and a $25.00 per hour redaction fee, if extensive redaction is required.
