Request Copies by Mail


You may request copies of documents via mail by completing a Copy Request   and mailing your request to the appropriate court location. Once the Clerk’s Office receives the request, the cost will be calculated. You must provide credit card information with your request and authorize a charge to your credit card for the amount not to exceed $50.00. Please note that the second page of the request form must be signed and notarized in order to process a credit card transaction. If your request exceeds $50.00, you will be contacted.

If you are the defendant, or party to the case, you can include a copy of your photo identification and complete the notarized statement section of the form, so certain information will not be redacted from the documents.


Copies are $.25 per page and a $25.00 per hour redaction fee will be charged if extensive redaction if required.  Certified copies are $20 per certified document.
