Judge Crew was appointed to the bench in September of 1977. Judge Crew received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati Law School in 1968, and attended the University of Michigan Law School.
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Crew was in private practice in Denver, specializing in corporate law. Judge Crew also served as a part-time County Court Magistrate. During his 35+ years on the bench, Judge Crew has served in all divisions of the County Court.
