Denver County Court

Photo Enforcement Citations

Photo Enforcement citations can be for speeding or failure to properly stop at a red light. Photo Enforcement citations carry no points and the Department of Motor Vehicle is not notified.  Photo Enforcement cases are heard in County Court only if the defendant wishes to plead not guilty and have their case decided by a judicial officer. If the defendant is found guilty, there are no points associated with the charge so the Department of Revenue will not be notified.  Fines and cost of service, if applicable, will be imposed.
