COUNTY COURT DEADLINE
You must meet all of the requirements and deadlines for filing an appeal. The documents and monies that must be filed with the County Court must be filed within 14 days from the date of final judgment.
DISTRICT COURT DEADLINE
The documents and monies that must be filed with the Denver District Court must be filed within 35 days from the date the Notice of Appeal and Designation of Record is filed with County Court.
If you miss any of the deadlines, you lose your right to appeal.
