The information contained in this section pertains to proceedings heard in the Denver County Juvenile Court held in Courtroom 104 of the City & County Building Courthouse.
ASSISTANCE BY PHONE OR IN PERSON
The County Court Clerk’s Office in the City & County Building Courthouse at 1437 Bannock St, is in Room 135 and you may call (720) 865-7840 or fax to (720) 865-8259 for assistance. Operators are available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Parking lots range in price from $4.00 to $12.00 per day. RTD has bus routes that drop off close to the courthouse.
RECORD REQUESTS AND COPIES
Juvenile records are confidential so you cannot access your case information online. You, your parent, or legal guardian must come to the Clerk’s Office in Room 160 of the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse, 520 W. Colfax Avenue, to view your case file. Photo identification will be required.
You can request copies of documents in person and pay 25 cents per copy. If extensive redaction is necessary, a redaction fee of $25.00 per hour will be required.
